Tiramisu
Classic for a reason
The classic Italian dessert we all know and love. This is my favorite way to make it — extra chocolate-y, with strong coffee (brewed with Canyon), lots of vanilla and salt. I swap the ladyfingers for a super spongey cake that I cut into cubes and layer in like a trifle. So simple, so classic, so good.
